Episode 25: Matt Gallagher tells the very story of his journey from Atlantic City to Engineering School to Hollywood.

Episode 26: Lori Marie hosts the podcast “Me and My More Successful Friends” and talks about learning to perform standup without first getting loaded.

Episode 27: Andy Haynes is a very funny stand up who made his late night debut on Fallon and was selected for New Faces at Just For Laughs. He is currently in a trust fall with his higher power.

Episode 28: One of the best things about doing this podcast has been re-connecting with old friends. Jed Weitzman worked on SNL and went on to a career in talent management and film, TV and music production and development. We went to college together and our paths have crossed now again, but I feel I never really understood his story until now.

Episode 29: Beth Lapides founded the seminal LA Comedy show - Uncabaret. She is a performer, writer, creative coach and she shares some hard won wisdom, here!

Episode 30: Vincent Castellanos immigrated from Cuba to Miami when he was 9 years old and came of age in the Miami night club scene of the 70s. His flight thru the hedonism of 80s Manhattan into sobriety and Hollywood success is ecstatic!

Episode 31: Eric Hahn made it out of a steel town in Ohio to find his way to Los Angeles where he fell in love with stand up. Great stories of misbegotten youth, sexual awakening, and the hazards of YouTube.

Episode 32: Josh Shea founded Lewiston Auburn Magazine and the Lewiston Auburn Film Festival before his porn addiction and alcoholism landed him in jail. He has made an inspiring recovery from there.

Episode 33: Zander Schloss - the bass player for the seminal punk band The Circle Jerks - brought his guitar to this session, and he not only tells an amazing story of his career in music, the steep toll of addiction and his hard fought journey thru recovery but he also plays original songs that reflect the long, complex path of his life.  This is a story of acceptance and surrender but also of persistence.   

Episode 34: John Gillen hails from Glasgow Scotland where he grew up in a family of coal miners.  Small in stature he left school at an early age to pursue a career as a jockey which eventually led to a very successful stint as the head trainer and manager of a prestigious thoroughbred stable in England. But when his drinking eventually got the best of him, he found himself homeless on the streets of Glasgow before finally finding the humility to get help. Now, 19 years later he runs a successful recovery operation in the UK and Spain and shares here the journey that brought him there.

Episode 35: Rami is a rapper who performs under the stage name Kosha Dillz.  He grew up in New Jersey and spent some time in and out of jail before getting sober and finding his calling in the world of music.  He won the 2009 Hot 97 Rap Battle at Giants Stadium.  He has performed with Snoop Dogg, RZA, Matisyahu to name a few and appeared  at Sundance and SXSW.
